Policies
It is the captain's decision to cancel the trip due to weather or sea conditions (we want you to have a good time not rough you up).
Cancellations on charters must be made at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled trip. If not, there will be no refund on your deposit.
We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. If they are found on board the trip we will return to dock and the U.S. Coast Guard will be notified. NO REFUNDS will be given.
Beer is permitted but in moderation. No hard liquor.
No glass bottles are allowed only cans or plastic bottles.
Each person will be responsible for the food and drink for the day. Please limit the number of coolers brought on board the boat.
$100.00 dollars will be charged if rod and reel are lost overboard.
Not responsible for articles left on board.
No firearms allowed on board.
A 30% deposit is REQUIRED on all trips. The balance is due in cash before leaving the dock.
